This is a unique opportunity to select your plot and choose your lodge from the range of manufacturers already out there or design your own Lodge and let us build it for you with our in house manufacturing service from Meribel Lodges. Our lodges are built in accordance with BS3632:2015 and are accredited by the NCC. These plots are amongst the most private you’ll find anywhere. With the lush trees of the woodland nestled behind you and unspoilt views of the rolling green fields infront. This will make your holiday home the most relaxing getaway you could ever imagine. As with Phase 1 we pride ourselves on the amount of space we allow between each lodge, resulting in total privacy and space.
The prices for these plots varies depending on the size of lodge you select. But will start at £140,000 for a 40’x 20′ lodge to £190,000 for a 42′ x 22′ lodge all of which includes premium decking, 12 months site fees and a 40 year lease
All our lodges come with premium decking, we use a product called Millboard. A composite material that requires very little maintenance, and clear toughened glass balustrade to allow uninterrupted views of the beautiful scenery. There is also the opportunity to have hot tubs installed into the balcony if required.

This lodge was the first to be built by us. Its a 42ft x 22ft 3 bedroomed lodge. The entrance door leads you into the main large living area, with comfy settees, a dining area and double French doors leading on the large decking area. A fully fitted kitchen over looks the stream that feeds into the lake. The rest of the lodge comprises of a utility room with rear entrance door, a generous storage cupboard in the hall way, a main bathroom with a bath and shower over. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is also a twin room and bunkroom. The lodge is built in accordance with BS:3632 and is finished to the highest of standards. The client was able to select all the colour schemes and the soft furnishings. The exterior is clad in Sierra Canexcel and has golden oak windows.
